At Mitteva we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the legal periods that apply to the contractual relationship. It is then deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers (for example, hosting and database) that act as data processors with the appropriate contractual safeguards and, where relevant, safeguards for international transfers.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@mitteva.com. If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit and access control.

9. Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies without your consent. If analytics or third-party cookies are added in the future, your prior consent will be requested via the corresponding banner and detailed here.
